- From the Hamburger Menu, click Permits.
- Use the various filtering tools to find the permit. Click on the permit to open the Permit Details screen in the bottom half of the split screen. (You can drag the black dividing line up to see more of the bottom half of the screen.)
- NOTE: You can also go to the Job Details and click on the permit for that job, then click the Edit button to get to the Permit Details screen.
- On the maroon bar click the Status Log button. The Status Log will appear in the bottom portion of the screen.
- To get a printable view of the log, click the Print button to the right of the log window. The printable version of the log will appear in a new window. Maximize the window to get a better view of the log entries.
- Automatic entries are made into the permit status log for the following activities:
- Permit issued, edited, canceled, or approved (i.e., all required inspections have been performed and approved).
- Permit invoice created, edited, or voided.
- Inspections requested, scheduled, and completed.
- To make a manual entry into the permit status log, enter the Summary description, Full log entry, and enter your name in the Author field. Then click the Update Status Log button.
