How to find the turnaround time of an inspection or plan review?

The turn around time for a plan review or inspection is the number of days elapsed between the date the Fire Prevention Mobile (MobileEyes) Administrator adds the plan review or inspection to the schedule and the date the inspector starts the plan review or inspection.

Example:
The admin adds a plan review to the schedule on May 9th.
The inspector starts the plan review on May 12th.
The turn around time is 3 days.

Turn around time is displayed on the Tools tab in the Search Inspections area. Use the filters to find the inspection or plan review, then click on the row to open that record. Turn around time is listed on the Tools tab under Job/Permit Information.

The turn around time counts Mon. - Fri. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the calculation.

To verify the turn around time, go to the Job Details screen and view the Status Log. Look for the date a particular plan review was added to the schedule. Then go to the Search Inspections screen, filter for the same job number and look at the inspection date stamp. Count the number of days elapsed between the two.
