Certificates of occupancy and completion are issued for the job. You can also issue Stop Work Orders and other types of certificates for the job. To issue a certificate for a job, follow these steps:
- Look up the job first by clicking Jobs from the Hamburger menu. Enter the job number, contractor name, or one of the other search criteria in the keyword search field and click Filter.
- Click on the job to bring up the Job Details screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Job Detail portion to find the Certificates box. Click the Add button.
- Pick the type of certificate you want to issue from the Certificate pick box. The certificate template will appear in the Certificate Text box. Make any changes/edits required and click Save Certificate.
To print the certificate, select the certificate in the Certificates box and click the Print button.
